| A short time ago - in a response to tremendous public pressure, the TCAN
Board finally accepted term limits for board positions. The details are
sketchy such as How long a "retired" board member needs to stay
off the board until the board appointed group of "electors" can
vote them back on is unclear.
The TCAN board's conception of elections is that they choose the people
who get to vote for them causing one TCANite to ask "Is this America
or Bulgaria?"
